Return Policy
Lingerie and Sample Corsets can be returned within two weeks if they are unwashed and unworn. To request a refund or exchange, please email me by replying to your order confirmation. You can also email me directly at contact@chiarramarie.com but please include your order number. I will respond with the shipping address for you to return it too. Please note that at this time, I am unfortunately unable to pay for return shipping labels. Once the item has been returned I will inspect its condition and then submit your refund or ship out your exchanged item and you will receive a confirmation email.
Panties cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
Made to Measure and Bespoke Corsets cannot be returned due to their custom nature. That is why I do in person fittings and mock ups, to ensure that you are satisfied with your corset.
